Tromp through Escalante side creeks and alcoves in these desert-loving boots. The flexible waterproof/breathable air-mesh and leather nubuck upper is light yet durable; the GORE-TEX(R) gasket construction with a waterproof/breathable liner seals out moisture. The 15%-recycled EVA dual-density footbed provides arch support and stability, Patagonia(R) Air Cushion Plus absorbs shock, and the Deep Dish Helium Light EVA (25% lighter than normal EVA) footframe has a built-in shock distribution plate that cradles the foot for optimal support, heel hold and stability. A Vibram(R) P26 rubber sole provides excellent traction.
