Knock outs in the base of the shoe allow water to flow through the bottom of the upper, and disperse quickly into the skived eva midsole. A low cut sock liner ensures a solid fit and added comfort. Pull tabs have been applied to the tongue and heel of the shoe, to make it easier to enter and exit. Hard board inserts with center drain channels direct waterflow to the midsole. EVA midsole is used for its lightweight properties and flotation. Drainage channels have been skived to direct water drainage out the sides of the shoe.
